- As a Villa Owner, you are required to maximize and exceed guest's satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service with attention to details and anticipating guest's needs.
- Take leadership of your villa, including supervising, directing, assisting, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance.
- Villa's Owner is instrumental in achieving the Quality Brand goal in providing the highest professional standards of service to the guests.
HOW A VILLA IS ACCEPTED
The minimum expectation of any Quality Brand Villa includes:
-Fantastic locations with great views. Close to nearby beaches, amenities, and restaurants.
-Beautiful private pools and bathing areas.
-Spacious living areas that will always comfortably accommodate maximum occupancy for both lounging and dining.
-Modern fitted kitchens with all the appliances including; fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, water coolers and coffee machines
-Bedrooms that are beautifully decorated with en-suite facilities, hotel standard beds
-Fresh towels, bed linen, robes and hair dryers are provided.
-Air conditioning in every bedroom.
-Ample parking available
- We syndicate your property to over 100 websites and more than 200 travel agencies and concierges.
- We have terrific software to track everything and have portals for owners and guests.
